    After completing his post-graduation in hospitality management from Les Roches Institute, Switzerland he has taken the hotel business from 3 Hotels to 4 and chain of F&B restaurants.
    Holding pioneering positions in the multiple companies under “Bawa Group”, he leverages his education, expertise, professional approach into business. The success of his endeavors stems from his leadership capabilities and an ever flowing infusion of fresh ideas and energy in all that he undertakes. Empowerment of Women to Corporate sector has been the benchmark vision as set by him to harness their inherent and limitless potential. He also joined hands to lend his skills and vision to Wellness initiative of the Group Venture viz. IOSIS Spa & Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
    A humble beginning with no formal introduction to business world, he lends his exemplary focus and approach to the entire Bawa Group. He has been associated with Hotels now for more than 35 years and under his able guidance and leadership the Group has forayed into versatile segments of Wellness and Realty too.
    He is the Nominated Representative Member of the highly respected Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee, Maharashtra. He is also the Chairman of the Committee of Khalsa College, Mumbai. He is also the Trustee of Guru Nanak Quin Centenary Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He has driven certain landmark initiatives for the benefit of Pilgrims travelling to Amritsar, Nanded and Bidar.

    After completing her post-graduation in English literature from Punjab University, she dedicated herself in the service of Bawa Group of Companies. Her leadership capabilities and ever flowing infusion of fresh ideas have elevated her today to take charge of the entire administration and operation of Bawa Group of Hotels.
    Her able guidance has also been immense useful in the Wellness initiative of the Group IOSIS Spa & Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
    She has been associated with Hotels now for more than 30 years and under her able supervision and enervated pioneering skills have lent significant contribution to the Realty venture too.
